At BlogU I served kick-ass chocolates and talked with you about selling yourself and not your soul. (If you missed it, I wrote a brief summary). But the bottom line is I told you to follow your dreams. Be true to yourself. Fuck the haters. (Not literally—that would send the wrong message.)
If you’re here, it means you downloaded the slides and wanted to know a bit more. That’s awesome. I’ve assembled some additional resources by other writers that may be of interest to you. I categorized them by the sections of my presentation in order to be most useful. Because I’m nothing if not helpful.

- I don’t have any additional resources for this one. Just know you don’t need to publish everywhere. Find the sites that match your voice and goals and go for it. Don’t be discouraged by rejection; it means you are putting yourself out there.
Not Killing Your Soul
As I said in the workshop, you are a bad-ass writer. Embrace it. Don’t compare yourself to others. Set your personal goals and follow them. Fuck the haters and naysayers. Just go do it! (That’s what she said.)
